Why Travel with S & S Tours?

See more, learn more, do more with S & S Tours. Our company was formed to provide a safe, informative, in-depth & FUN traveling experience for visitors to Mexico, Costa Rica and South America.

We are ecologically & culturally sensitive to the land & people. We work hard to assure we have a positive impact on the areas we visit.

Traveling with us you will truly experience the culture, and become acquainted with the people, instead of just "seeing the sights."

Our trips are active & interesting, but still allow time to unwind, relax & appreciate where you are. Our average groups are 8-10 people or less. Our personal attention & care creates a group camaraderie not found on most tours. We have friends returning 2-3 times for the same trip!

Sue Stilwell owns  S & S Tours and loves sharing her enthusiasm with clients when leading the trips.  She speaks fluent Spanish and has traveled,  worked & studied in Latin America most of her life.

Mexico is Sue's passion. She believes the Mexican people will win your hearts with their warm hospitality, passionate music, colorful pageantry & wonderful sense of humor. They have a love of life, country, family and fiestas which is contagious. Her love of the Mexican people and genuine understanding of Latin culture has helped to foster unique long-term relationships. "Susy's" groups always feel special and very welcome as her "mission" is to encourage being good ambassadors wherever she goes.

Carlos Granados, of Los Mochis, Sinaloa, is a most excellent certified, bi-lingual Mexican guide. He is an expert in Copper Canyon and Baja California and is well known throughout the area.  With his thirst for knowledge he is continual student.  We dare you to ask him a question he can't answer about his country and region!  He adds so much to the trip experience that clients tell us we need to "clone Carlos!"  While he takes wonderful care of you, you will enjoy his keen sense of humor and learn so much from him.

Alejandro Granados, of Los Mochis, Sinaloa, is our newest member of Mexican bilingual guides.  Our guide Alejandro is very knowledgeable of the area as well as  attentive.  He will take  care of  you from the beginning to the end of your trip.
